- As a member of the IT Shared Services Project Management Office (PMO) area, candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects and technologies in support of our business objectives.
- Candidates will have the opportunity to work across varying levels of stakeholders within the infrastructure and application development disciplines on projects of varying scope and scale.
- As a Senior Project Manager for the PMO, candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior IT leaders while leading complex IT projects that support and advance the way we do business.
- The scope of candidate’s role includes planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives.
- Candidates will collaborate with project sponsors to define the project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources for the project team, develop detailed work plans, and provide project status updates.
- Candidates will be responsible for anticipating and identifying project issues and risks, recommending solutions, and working with senior management to implement solutions.

Required:
- 4 plus years of related experience in a large-scale Information Technology environment
- 6 plus years of Project Management experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence
- Must have experience in full lifecycle development cycle
- Takes ownership and accountability for driving team and tasks forward while holding team members accountable
- Manages the Jira board, facilitates agile ceremony meetings and escalates issues to product owners
- Manages content for sprints and monthly releases and ensures stories are completed by the published code cutoff dates
- Addresses issues with team members and communicates feedback on individual team member’s progress to leaders
- Plans and coordinates project deliverables, timelines and project plans
- Understands when project deliverables impact other teams and responds accordingly
- Assesses overall status of the project to determine if dates are going to be met and make recommendations if dates are not going to be met
- Raises recommendations with leadership for final decisions
- Must have the ability to effectively collaborate and work with others in a remote work environment
- Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible with changing priorities and requirements
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- PMP certification
- Task management abilities: Able to identify necessary steps to a solution and move an initiative to the goals
- Professional communication abilities: Able to formalize proposals, communicate the need and instruct others on the use of solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office desktop application (Word, Excel, etc.) and Visio
Pay Range: $60-85/ HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
